PURPOSE: This rule sets forth guidelines for administration and qualifications of breeding funds for thoroughbred and quarter horses.

1. (1) The Missouri Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Breeder’s Fund is created and will be referred to as the fund. The fund shall be administered by the commission with the assistance and advice of the Missouri Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Breeder’s Fund Advisory Committee and will be referred to as the committee.
