PURPOSE: This rule exempts the Department of Agriculture from any bond requirement. (1) The Department of Agriculture shall be exempt from any bond requirement. (2) Except as noted in this rule, the total amount of the bond for Class D license is five thousand dollars ($5000) per racing day. Auth: section 313.590, RSMo (1986).
