Termination of an Instant Game

PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to authorize the director to announce a termination date for instant games.
(1) The director at any time may announce a termination date for any instant game. Tickets for the terminated game may not be sold after the date announced. AUTHORITY: section 313.220, RSMo 1986. Original rule filed Jan. 10, 1986, effective Jan. 20, 1986.
