Ticket Responsibility

PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to set forth the responsibility for Scratchers winning tickets.
- (1) The player shall be responsible for Scratchers tickets he/she purchased that may be subsequently lost or stolen.
- (2) The lottery shall not be responsible for tickets claimed by a player in error for a lower prize.
- (3) A Scratchers ticket is a bearer instrument, until signed on the back by the owner(s).
