PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to set the period in which prizes may be claimed.

1. (1) All winning tickets for any Scratchers game must be claimed, as defined in lottery policy, within one hundred eighty (180) days of the announced end of the game. The announced end of the game may be obtained from any Missouri Lottery office or www.molottery.com.
2. (2) All winning tickets for any draw games must be claimed, as defined in lottery policy, within one hundred eighty (180) days of the last winning draw date on that ticket.
