PURPOSE: This rule requires licensees to sell tickets during normal business hours.
- (1) Licensees shall sell tickets during their business hours for the location licensed.
- (2) Retailers must give prompt service to lottery customers present and waiting at the terminal to purchase tickets for draw games. Prompt service includes interrupting processing of draw game ticket orders or sales for which the customer is not present at the terminal.
