PURPOSE: This rule prohibits certain employees of a licensee from participating in the management or sale of lottery tickets.

1. (1) No licensee shall allow any employee to participate in the management or sale of lottery tickets if the employee—

   1. (A) Has been convicted of a felony;
   2. (B) Is or has been a professional gambler or gambling promoter;
   3. (C) Has been convicted of bookmaking or any other form of illegal gambling; or
   4. (D) Has been convicted of a crime involving fraud or misrepresentation.
