PURPOSE: This rule prohibits the assignment or transfer of licenses.

Licenses for the sale of lottery tickets shall not be assignable or transferrable. No licensee shall attempt to assign or transfer the license to another person or to another location. AUTHORITY: section 313.220, RSMo Supp. 1988.* Original rule filed Sept. 4, 1985, effective Sept. 14, 1985.
