PURPOSE: This rule requires a separate application and license for each location, the address of the location be on the license and the location to be fixed.

1. (1) Licenses shall be issued only for the location specified in the application.
2. (2) Each person shall submit a separate application for each location at which s/he intends to sell lottery tickets.
3. (3) Each location for which an application is submitted must be a fixed location.
4. (4) The address of the licensed premises shall appear on the license.
