PURPOSE: This rule requires licensees to be residents of Missouri and provides for residency of corporations and partnerships. (1) Each person applying for a license shall either—

1. (A) Be a resident of this state;
2. (B) If a corporation, be licensed to do business in this state; or
3. (C) If a partnership, have at least one (1) partner residing in this state.
