Gas Storage Operations

PURPOSE: The development of gas storage operations requires that they be addressed by the state. This will ensure protection of the state’s underground sources of drinking water.

(1) Gas storage operations that inject gas that is liquid at standard temperature and pressure shall comply to all rules pertaining to injection wells.
