PURPOSE: This rule sets forth requirements for filing an annual reclamation status report pursuant to section 444.774.4., RSMo.

1. (1) Within sixty (60) days after the anniversary of the permit, an annual reclamation status report must be filed with the Land Reclamation Commission.

   1. (A) Reclamation status reports filed by all operators, except for in-stream sand and gravel operators, must include the following:

      1. 1. The number of acres disturbed during

the permit year;

1. 2. How many acres were reclaimed dur-

ing the year; and

1. 3. A map accurately showing the loca-

tion of the disturbed and reclaimed acres, as well as the current permit boundaries.

1. (B) In-stream sand and gravel operators must provide a listing of each of the permitted areas that were actually disturbed.
