PURPOSE: This rule prescribes the form of the document to be registered with the Department of Natural Resources.
(A) The following information shall be given on all corner forms:
ment, witness ties and any subsequent restorations (including book and page, or microfilm location and date). Original survey notes need not be given in urban or built-up areas;
land surveyor;
ment marking and witness/reference ties;
location sufficient to find the monument; and
(B) The following additional information is required for forms showing the restoration or alteration of existing corner monuments:
show that the corner is an existing comer position;
comer is restored from testimony;
prior evidence.
(C) The following additional information will be required for reestablished comers:
