The Missouri Air Conservation Commission has the authority under Chapter 203, RSMo (1969) and the Constitution of Missouri to enforce without delay the provisions of Chapter 203, RSMo (1969) and standards, regulations corresponding, through administrative procedures, and injunctive relief.
