(21) consecutive calendar days;
period commencing the first day of October (Rescinded November 12, 1984) through November 30 for twenty-one (21) consecutive calendar days;
between the daytime hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.; and
period, in each instance, shall be determined by the Director of Public Health and Welfare of the City of St. Joseph and the state fire marshal for the region in which the City of St. Joseph is located provided, however, the burning period first shall receive the approval of the director.
