PURPOSE: This rule describes the procedures to be followed after a hearing has been held.

1. (1) The parties may file, or the commission may order the parties to file, suggested findings of fact and conclusions of law and briefs within the time limits as the commission may determine prior to the commission issuing its final decision and order. Any request to file suggested findings of fact and conclusions of law and briefs shall be made on the record and prior to the close of the hearing.
