Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 1, § 15-6.250 – Practice by a Licensed Attorney: When Required

PURPOSE: This rule states when and how a party must be represented by a licensed attorney.

(1) Any individual may represent him/herself without a licensed attorney.
(2) Any individual may file a complaint on behalf of another person, including a corporation.
(3) Except as setforthinsection (2) ofthisrule, only a licensed attorney may represent any other person, including a corporation.
