PURPOSE: This rule sets out the definitions of terms u,sed in the rules of the Administrative Hearing Commission.

1. (1) As used in this chapter,thefollowing terms IllKill:

   1. (A) Commission-the Administrative Hearing Commission or any commissioner;
   2. (B) Commissioner--any administrative hearing commissioner. includine anv acting I1 I commi&ione~;
   3. (C) Comnnssion’s office-the Administrative Hearing Commission’s oft?% residence in Jefferson City, MO 65101;
   4. (D) Complaint-the initial pleading, other than a motion for a stay. 01 any amended complaint;
   5. (E) Department--theMissouriStateDepartment of Social Services, including any of its divisions;
   6. (F) Hearing--any presentation to, or consideration by, the commission of evidence or argument on a complaint, motion or application;
   7. (G) Petitioner-the party filing the eomplaint;

   8. (H) Pleading-a complaint or a responsive pleading;
