PURPOSE: This rule states when and how a party must be represented by a licensed attorney.

1. (1) Any individual may represent him/herself without a licensed attorney.
2. (2) Any individual may file a complaint on behalf of another person, including a corporation.

3. (3) Except asset forthin section(2) ofthisrule, only a licensed attorney may represent any other person, including a corporation.
