PURPOSE: This rule complies with the requirements of section 536.023, RSMo. (1) The public may obtain information or make submissions or requests by visiting the commission at its office at Room 640, Truman State Office Building, Jefferson City, Missouri or by writing the commission at P.O. Box 1557, Jefferson City, MO 65102. (2) Any person seeking access to records under Chapter 610, RSMo, also known as the Sunshine Law or Open Records Law, shall proceed as indicated in section (1) of this rule and direct the request to the commission’s staff director.
