Missouri Lottery Payment of Prizes

PURPOSE: This rule will allow the lottery to write prize payment checks at its offices.
(1) The Lottery Commission shall submit for approval to the commissioner of administration procedure(s) for writing checks for prize payments by the commission in accordance with section 313.321, RSMo (Supp. 1988).
