Minn. Stat. § 342.41
Subd. 1. Authorized actions.
A cannabis delivery service license entitles the license holder to purchase cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products from licensed cannabis microbusinesses with a retail endorsement, cannabis mezzobusinesses with a retail endorsement, cannabis retailers, and medical cannabis combination businesses; transport and deliver cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumable products to customers; and perform other actions approved by the office.
Subd. 2. Additional information required.
In addition to the information required to be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section, a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis delivery service license must submit the following information in a form approved by the office:
(1) a list of all vehicles to be used in the delivery of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products including:
