Minn. Stat. § 192.502
Subd. 1. Postsecondary students.
(a) A member of the Minnesota National Guard or any other military reserve component who is a student at a postsecondary education institution and who is called or ordered to state active service in the Minnesota National Guard, as defined in section 190.05, subdivision 5, or who is called or ordered to federal active military service has the following rights:

Subd. 2. Renewal of professional licenses or certifications.
The renewal of a license or certificate of registration for a member of the Minnesota National Guard or other military reserves who has been ordered to active military service and who is required by law to be licensed or registered in order to carry on or practice a health or other trade, employment, occupation, or profession in the state is governed under sections 326.55 and 326.56.
