Subd. 1. Scope.

When used in this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2. Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry.

Subd. 3. Department.

"Department" means the Department of Labor and Industry.

Subd. 4. Inland waters.

"Inland waters" means navigable bodies of water within the boundaries of this state, excluding boundary lakes and boundary rivers.
