Subd. 1. Misdemeanor.

Any attorney at law who shall violate section 481.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days.

Subd. 2. Misdemeanor.

Any person who shall violate section 481.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed 90 days.
