If a legal service plan corporation violates any provision of sections 62G.01 to 62G.25 or other applicable law, the commissioner may by order suspend or revoke its certificate of authority, and impose a penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each offense. The order shall be subject to the notice, hearing and appeal provided as to an order disapproving a subscribers contract.
