The articles of incorporation and bylaws of any legal service plan and any amendments thereto shall conform to the requirements of sections 62G.01 to 62G.25 and chapter 317A.
- (a) The purposes of the legal service plan corporation in strict conformity with sections 62G.01 to 62G.25;
- (b) That except as provided in section 62G.15, subdivision 4, subscribers contracts shall not restrict any subscriber's freedom to select a provider in a particular class of providers; and
- (c) That there shall be no interference with the provider-subscriber relationship.
In addition to meeting the requirements of chapter 317A, the articles of incorporation of a legal service plan corporation shall clearly state:
