Minn. Stat. § 349.181
Subd. 1. Minimum age.
(a) A person under age 18 may not participate:
(2) as a player in a bingo game other than:
(3) in the conduct of pull-tabs, tipboards, paddlewheels, bingo, or raffles, except that a person under age 18 may sell raffle tickets.
Violation of this paragraph is a misdemeanor.
Subd. 2. Gambling manager.
A gambling manager may not participate directly or indirectly as a player in any lawful gambling conducted by the organization for which the gambling manager is licensed.
Subd. 3. Organization and lessor employees and volunteers.
Subd. 4. Lessor.
The lessor of a permitted premises may not participate directly or indirectly as a player in any lawful gambling conducted at that premises.
Subd. 5. Lessor's immediate family.
The lessor's immediate family may not participate directly or indirectly as a player in a pull-tab, a tipboard, a paddlewheel, or an electronic linked bingo game conducted at that premises.
