Viewing an earlier, undated versionView current - (a) A resident or nonresident may take rough fish by spearing according to paragraph (b) and during the times, in waters, and in the manner prescribed by the commissioner.
- (b) Suckers may be taken by spearing from the last Saturday in April through the last Sunday in February.
