Subd. 1. Residential lead paint waste.

"Residential lead paint waste" means waste produced by removing lead paint from the interior or exterior structure or the ground surface of a residence. Residential lead paint waste does not include:

1. (1) lead paint waste removed with the aid of any chemical paint stripper; or
2. (2) lead paint waste that is mixed with water and that contains any free liquid.

Subd. 2. Residence.

The term "residence" has the meaning given in rules adopted under sections 144.9501 to 144.9512.
