LICENSE DENIAL OR REVOCATION. Under section 147.091, subdivision 1a, the Board of Medical Practice may not grant a license to practice medicine to a person convicted of a felony-level criminal sexual conduct offense, and a license to practice medicine is automatically revoked if the licensee is convicted of a felony-level criminal sexual conduct offense.
