Minn. Stat. § 31.633
Subd. 1.
Any restaurant, eating place or other establishment serving meat in any form to the public, which meat has any filler or meat substitute added to it or incorporated in it, shall clearly and prominently indicate on its menu or bill of fare the meat entrees that contain filler or meat substitutes.
Subd. 2.
Any person who violates the provisions of subdivision 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
