This chapter:

1. A. Provides the HACCP requirements for juice processors as defined by this chapter.

2. B. Does not apply to a retail establishment or a food processing plant that:

   1. (1) Makes and sells juice directly to consumers; and
   2. (2) Does not sell or distribute juice to another business.
