A. The person-in-charge shall comply with this chapter and COMAR 10.15.04 to:
- (1) Process finished product water; and
- (2) Design, operate, and maintain a bottled water plant and equipment.
- B. If a conflict occurs between the requirements of this chapter and COMAR 10.15.04 regarding bottled water plants and the processing of drinking water, this chapter takes precedence.
