Definitions

  1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
  2. (b) “Director” means the Director of Bicycle and Pedestrian Access.
  3. (c) “Transit facility” has the meaning stated in § 3-101(k) of this article.
  4. (d) “Transportation facility” has the meaning stated in § 3-101(l) of this article.
