Unauthorized use of certificate of title, registration cards or plates, and permits prohibited

  1. (a) As to any certificate of title, issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.
  2. (b) As to any registration card, issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.
  3. (c) As to any registration plate issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.
  4. (d) As to any special plate issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.
  5. (e) As to any permit issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.
  6. (f) A person may not display on or for a vehicle any registration card that is neither:

    1. (1) Issued for the vehicle; or
    2. (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.
  7. (g) A person may not display on or for a vehicle any registration plate that is neither:

    1. (1) Issued for the vehicle; or
    2. (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.
  8. (h) A person may not display on or for a vehicle any permit that is neither:

    1. (1) Issued for the vehicle; or
    2. (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.
