1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Board” has the meaning stated in § 9-501 of this title.
3. (c) “Facility” means a building or buildings and related physical infrastructure at a geographically distinct location at which the Department operates a program.
4. (d) “Memorandum of understanding” means the memorandum of understanding between the Board and the Department required under § 9-502 of this title.
5. (e) “Residential facility” has the meaning stated in § 9-501 of this title.
6. (f) “Superintendent” means the Juvenile Services Education Program Superintendent.
