Staff; Compensation

  1. (a)

    1. (1) The Department shall provide staff for the Commission.
    2. (2) An individual from the Department shall serve as executive director of the Commission.

  2. (b) A member of the Commission:

    1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but
    2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
