Definitions

  1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
  2. (b) “Crime of violence” has the meaning stated in § 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.
  3. (c) “Participating agency” means any institution, association, or governmental unit described in § 8-705(a) of this subtitle that provides work projects for a community service program.
