Adopt Chapter 5 "Water, Plumbing, and Waste" of the 2013 Food Code with the following amendments:

1. (A) In FC 5-101.13 Bottled Drinking Water, the entire text is stricken and replaced by the following:

   "Bottled drinking water used or sold in a food establishment shall be obtained from sources which comply with 105 CMR 500.090 through 105 CMR 500.094."

2. (B) In FC 5-102.11 Standards, the following is added as Paragraph (C): "In addition to requirements in FC 5-102.11, water from a public water system shall meet requirements set forth in 310 CMR 22.00: Drinking Water."
