If an inspection as provided for in 105 CMR 400.000: State Sanitary Code Chapter I: General Administrative Procedures or 105 CMR 420.000 reveals that a building used for human habitation so fails to comply with the provisions of 105 CMR 420.000 as to endanger or materially impair the healthor well-beingofthe occupants of the public, the Massachusetts Department of Public Healthmay revoke the certificate of occupancy.
