If an inspection as provided in 105 CMR 400.000 or in 105 CMR 420.000 reveals that a farm labor camp does not comply with the provisions of 105 CMR420.000, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health may order the person responsible to comply with the violated provisions within a specified time as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
