The operator shall locate housing facilities only

1. (A) Where an approved water supply is available;
2. (B) Where approved sewage disposal facilities are provided;
3. (C) Where drainage conditions will not create a health or safety hazard;
4. (D) Where traffic conditions will not create a safety hazard;
5. (E) In buildings other than those used to house livestock or poultry; and
6. (F) Where farm or other activities do not create excessive noise which would endanger health.
