V, sec. 6, provides that the new judgeships created by Sections 1 to 3 of that Part shall become effective January 1, 2007. The revisions to this statute in that Act supersede those made in 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 173, Pt. XIII, 1.(3), sec. 4, which were also to be effective January 1, 2007. That 2005 version of the statute was used as the base document for the 2006 revisions.
