1. (1) KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its underlying purposes and policies.

2. (2) The underlying purposes and policies of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 are:

   1. (a) To simplify, clarify, and modernize the law governing condominiums; and
   2. (b) To make uniform the law among the various jurisdictions.
