Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 152.200 – Definitions for KRS 152.200 to 152.250. (Effective upon contingency)

As used in KRS 152.200 to 152.250, unless the context requires otherwise:

(2) "Compact" means the Southern States Energy Compact; "Board" means the Southern States Energy Board.
