KRS 164A.560

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 164A.560 authorizes the governing boards of public institutions of higher education to elect to perform financial management functions pursuant to KRS 164A.555 through 164A.630 by administrative regulation. This administrative regulation implements the provisions established in KRS 164A.580 at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.

1. Section 1. Subject to the provisions of KRS 45.750 through 45.800 and 56.870 through 56.874, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents elects to adopt the management and administration procedures established in KRS 164A.580.
