NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

To regulate traffic flow within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds.

1. Section 1. No person shall operate a vehicle within the Kentucky State Fair Grounds in violation of "one way" traffic flow signs, or "no vehicular traffic" signs.
