NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 247.233 requires amusement ride and attraction owners to notify the departmentsubmit a written report following an accident. This administrative regulation repeals 302 KAR 16:070 because 302 KAR 16:072 will cover the reporting criteria.

1. Section 1. 302 KAR 16:070,. Reports of injuries involving amusement rides and amusement attractions, is hereby repealed.
