CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

The administrative regulation repealed herein has been superseded by KRS 118.105statute. KRS 13A.310(1) establishes a duty to repeal an ordinary administrative regulation if it is desired that it no longer be effective.

Section 1. 30 KAR 2:010. Certification of vacancy in nominations, is hereby repealed.
